Fairness and Biases in ML and AI at the Analytics Summit 2022

On the 5th July 2022, I presented at “Fairness and Biases in ML and AI” workshop at the Analytics Summit 2022 conference. In this workshop I talked the importance of fairness and biases to then define what it means in the context of ML and AI algorithms. Then I covered the most common metric definitions of fairness and the way to quantify these definitions. The last part of the workshop covered ways to attack the discrimination of ML and AI models with an interactive example.
